6 fillets of smoked swordfish
4 white or black figs
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
untreated lemon juice
untreated lemon peel
Strecht out the slices of swordfish on a worktop. Peel the figs and cut them in 4 parts to put them over the slices of swordfish. Roll up and install everything on a tray.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and peel cut in julienne to give flavour and colour to the recipe.
