Oranges and swordfish salad
Filippino reveals us a simple recipe to realise and to delight the most sophisticated palates.
The delicacy of the swordfish meets the smells of citrus fruits thanks to the salad of oranges, lemons and smoked swordfish with capers.
Ingredients (4 servings)
8 slices of smoked swordfish cut into julienne strips
1 big juicy orange (peeled and sliced in wedges)
1 big mature lemon (peeled and sliced in wedges)
7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons capers of Lipari
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Chopped basil and mint
12 peeled almonds and cut into julienne strips
Mix all the ingredients and let rest for a few minutes with the obtained sauce with the oil of capers, the vinegar, the herbs and the almonds. Add salt and the pepper if necessary and serve fresh.
